Just follow the instructions. Remove right side cover, loosen ecm enough to get a zip tie around it, fasten PCIII to ecm using zip tie, unplug ecm and plug in PCIII. That's it. Of course you need to have the correct map on the PCIII as well. Pretty easy process.

I'll give you the physical aspects of it. Someone else can comment on the software setup etc etc.

Take off the right saddlebag.
Take off the right access panel (thing below your leg) I forget the real name...
I would take off the seat and disconnect the battery.
Unplug the big harness from the EFI module and plug into the Power Commander.
The Power Commander has it's own harness, plug it into the EFI.
Route cables and stuff as it's kinda cramped in there.
Use your choice of mounting method to attach the Power Commander to the top of the EFI module. Most people use zip ties.

Thats it. Easy.
Now you just follow the rest of the directions that come with the unit that show you how to connect your laptop etc to the thing.

Good Luck.

Some owners have stated that the wiring harness and box will hold water.Sealing these areas along w/dielectric grease at connection may be advised.
