Nope, just basic hand tools. I found 1/4" drive swivel sockets useful for the nuts at the heads. Spray these nuts down good with some kind of penatrating oil a few hrs before starting. Nothing special.

Take off the right floorboard, all of the heat shields starting from the one under the right passenger floorboard, then the middle one, then each of the pipes coming off the jugs. Then you can get to the pipe nuts (1/2"I believe ). Then slowly pull the header at the same time twisting it very carefully as not to touch the fins or any painted surface. Take your time and have someone close by to give you a hand.

Pull them off.....start from the rear and work your way to the front.....don't forget to memorize the process so you can do it in reverse......good luck

Make sure you have a wrench that can fit the oxygen sensors. Pretty basic, really. Anti-seize and loc-tite where appropriate.
