Here, in Europe, even US stock mufflers are considered too loud...
I have SE fatshotz on my 2011 street glide: for me they're really quiet...
But six month ago, I've been arrested by the police and been told by a police officer that they were too lound...
Then another officer came and said it was ok for the noise. So the first one left me, and then the second cop told me: "You know, I've got drag pipes on my own 1200 sportster, and it's way lounder than your bike!".

I'm not sure to meet a cop/biker next time!
