Default Connector to no where??

2012 RKC. Can anyone tell me what the black bonnector with the red/orange clip is for?

I understand the other black is the switched aux power and the grey is the hot aux power but can not find out what the third connector is for fromn the service manual. It is connected to an unused socket to hold it in place. I assume it is for an accessory but would like to know which one?

TIA for any help for this Harley newbie.

BT

If your bike does not have the hands free security system with the key fobs, might that be the connector that plugs into the security module?

I believe that is a purge solenoid connector for California emission models.

That was what I was thinking but was not aware that it was only for California. Perhaps that is why it is not connected to anything here in MN. It not being connected to anything is what threw me.

Without seeing it, it sounds like the connector DTII ( Digital Tech ) uses. Never mind...should have actually looked at the pic.

Thanks guys I finally was able to find it on the skematics. It is connector 95 for the purge solenoid. Was able to confirm the wire colors GY/Y and Y/GN. This bike is not set up for California emisions so it is unused and plugged into a holder to keep it secured, clean, dry and out of the way. Thanks for the replies.
