Default Total rebuild?

I was wondering at what mileage does a tourer need a frame up rebuild. I am interested in a 90 with 100,000+ miles. The engine was done already but everything else has rolled 100,000 and I would think wheels, swing arm etc anything with a bearing or bushing would need some attention at some point. This may make the deal not so sweet.

Parts do wear out.You would have to inspect the bike.

Ask to see if the Motorcycle has the owners manual. If so look at it, it should have service inervals in the manual and that could give you a good idea as to what needs to be done or what has been do to it. Also ask the seller for any receipt's to see what has been done over the years to the Motorcycle. Good luck...
