I wish some one would could show how loud exhaust saves lives. Ridding defensively and sober will do a lot more.Loud pipes and loud stereo are for little kids to get attention .

Straight pipes brother.. remember us Harley rider don't give a rip about what other people think and loud pipes fit right in.

Helmethead speak for yourself because this old Harley ridder Does give a rip. One of the things we all could use is a little common courtesy .

Thanks for the advice.
Clip some baseball cards to your fenders with clothespins....
let the spokes and cards come together to give you that
"authentic old school sound" as you cruise around town

Nothing sounds better than strait pipes. You can actually hear the motor....not just noise...I mean hear the motor. That's music to my ears!!

I agree with that but only to a point. Anyone driving around me knows I'm there whether I'm behind them, beside them or coming up to an intersection somewhere around them. If they can hear me but can't see me chances are better they'll take a look first instead of pulling some stupid **** and hit me. But there's a HUGE difference between wanting a little rumble to make sure you're presence is known and being an azzhole!
