Does anyone know if the hitch on a 2000 FLHTCUI will fit on a new 2012 FLHTK?

Don't think so, because the frame change, wider on new models....

I would agree with Casper. The MoCo changed the frame design in 2009. To what extent and what specific changes were made I can't say for certain.
