2011 docking hardware install?

2011 docking hardware install?
I have a 2011 FLTRX with a 2 point passenger backrest kit. I lost the mounting instructions for the docking hardware. Does anyone have one or tell me how they bolt up? Just wondering which side the washer goes for the mounts?
