That would be normal I have heard it on a few tbw bikes. Its the throttle blade opening and closing to control the idle.

Looks like the clutch is slippin' a little up top... Might want to add spring.. Is it doing a ping retard at 3200?

Those are some nice numbers, I want to do a can in the future and the torqster looks like a nice choice.

I do have clutch slipping in 5th & 6th when I open the throttle. Trying to figure the best way to handle it without increasing clutch pull.

What is a ping retard? You talking about detonation?

Love these cams by the way. I highly recommend them.

It's hard to tell by the graph but if you look at the 2 circled areas, the first looks like a ping retard.. The second looks like clutch slip.. It's hard to tell without looking at the "gear ratio" graph from the dyno run..Your Dyno tune guy has it. It may be that the clutch is really just slipping real bad starting at 3200 and stopping at 4500.. That would make sense BTW.. as there is usually more peak torque with this cam. The easiest / cheapest fix is to pull the stock friction plates out of the clutch and replace with Barnett Kevlar plates.. Use the stock plate count kit. They have a higher coefficient of friction and will keep the clutch from slipping.. Stay away from Variable Pressure Clutches (VPC) as they increase clutch pull as the RPMs go up.

Tom Reiser does make some excellent cams..

Did you have to install new pushrods or anything else?

Is the performance really noticeable. Will it spin tires, wheelie, stuff like that?
