For the guys that have the 3 pocket HD bags how big are each bag and how are they mounted? I change my windshield according to my riding and want to know how easy it would be to put on and take off. I know they are too wide for the shorty SG shield. Are the bags big enough to hold sunglasses or eyeglasses already in cases? I think that's what I would be using them for. Ya know it's kinda sad that the saddle bags are just not good enough for us! [sm=confused06.gif] We always have to have something more. I'm starting to feel more and more like a woman! [sm=laughingsmilie.gif] Hey, we're not gonna be wearing fanny packs next are we?

Just as easy to take off as the windshield. Yep sunglasses will fit and I do put my glasses with case in one pouch. You can use a fanny pack but hang it on your bike somewhere.....LOL
I use the HD single, great for glass case plus keys, cell phone, garage opener and a place for easy access to money.Been on for 2 yrs and is still like new and keeps articles dry.The 3 bag system would even give more space to put items for quick access.

Same here. Use mine for my wallet, cell phone, single dollar bills if I'm going to go through toll booths, etc....
Comes in very handy.
I have the Hopnel Single Bag for the Fairing and a Hopnel Bag for the left side Saddlebag guard. I like the fit and finish and the price of them. Got them from J&P cycles.
PSO169,
I had the Harley 3 pouch windshield bag on my 06 FLHT and the vibration not only annoyed me it also scratched my windshield. I took it off when I bought my new Clearview windshield with the recurve. I sure do miss the extra storage, but the noise and windshield damage wasn't worth it to me.

Yep, I know what you mean. My 3 bag pouch came with a strip of plastic that is supposed to fit between the windshield and the bag. I opted not to install it and the bag scratch the shield a little. IMO it is a small price to pay for the convienience of having a place for my peanuts while riding.
