I'm not staying in a campground, but I have stayed in many of them during the summer before. On the south end Ocean Lakes is the nicest and most popular (crowded). And they are pretty strict on motorcyle rules, as you must park in the overflow lot at the gate. It is watched by security 24/7 so there are no problems, except your scoot sits in the rain if the weather is crappy. You also have ParateLand and Lakewood, which are ok but alot more cramped. On the north end you have MB Travel Park, and Apachie, both of which are fairly nice, but not sure about their motorcycle rules.
BTW while your there avoid MBHD as the owner is currently trying to change the dates of the rally to overlap with black bike weekend, and he has the entire county p'd off. Don't know what he's thinking as the rally was kind of comming back and now he's trying to screw it up again. MB ABATE is staging a boycott of the his dealerships during the rally. You should know after the Feb 28 council vote if and when vendors will be allowed to set up. Think most people are just sticking to the original dates and saying screw MBHD.

screw mb, screw mbhd, my group will probabley never be back there for any kind of bike week for a good while...we went back to try it after the changeover last year....nice without the big crowds but we had a pretty bad experience with the whole place, especially the dealer...
