Have an '09 Ultra that I had polished and ported, new cams, true duals, etc. All's good EXCEPT...I lose power when I quickly twist (whick) the throttle. Light turns green, twist the throttle, it bogs like its going to die (and sometimes does). Not talking about hot-rodding or trying to spin the back tire, just taking off. If I make a concious effort to slowly and smoothly accelerate there is no issue. It was kicking off codes (O2 sensor, one other I can't remember), might still be.
I'm on my fourth different fuel controller (currently using the Harley Super Tuner), third mechanic (currently using a dealership), have a new wiring harness, new O2 sensors, 3 dyno runs to "tune the problem out". Two mechanics ago packed the throttle by wire with dielectric grease. Dealer called Saturday and said it looks like the 3rd dyno run worked and it appears they had the problem resolved. Picked the bike up and got a full 5 miles away before it happened again!
Could sure use some suggestions here...no idea where to turn. I am in the northwest Houston area if anyone has any thoughts of where to take it next.
