gja, send the bill to HD (not that they'll pay it), but in the fitment information provided for the LED light bar (on the website or paper catalog) there is no exclusion for your model (there should be).

For sure, paint it to match. It's a much easier piece to disassemble than the regular Ultra light bar.

HPM, Harley told me the check is in the mail....

I was going to leave the frame black as I thought there might be too much BBP and the contrast might be nice. Then I thought about a thread where the gent was having a problem with fading on his inner fairing. Got to thinking this is the same type of plastic as the inner I believe, so it's off to the painter today. My guy still has one set of upper controls to finsih painting, so he can add this to the bill.

Color-matched is the only way to go.

It's been too cold outside to work on it yet but I have the Ride Time module and had Keith make up a Y-harness for the wiring to hook into the Molex connector for the the tail lights.

Finally got the frame back from paint. My guy did a real nice job matching to the tourpak. Installed it, wired it up and PRESTO......everything is working like a charm. Will try and get a vid up tonight after Steph's concert.

I still have one dilema. When I turn on the directionals, I can hear the blinking through the radio faintly. Would this have something to do with the lack of an antenna ground? There was not a ground in the kit, but looking in the manual, it shows one for a standard tourpak.

Looks good, I just can't get past the price. Its just a matter of time I know. I said the same thing about adding rear speakers and an amp and a year later there installed and I like the filled out look much better. I think I'll start cheap and just get the side markers to get rid of the ugly chrome inserts. At least when I get around to buying and installing I'll know were to go to get the harness.
Thanks
