New radio install issue..

New radio install issue..
Hate to bother you guys with another audio question but here it goes.
Today I installed a Sony HU with the Hawg Wired Universal Install Kit and I am getting a humming noise through the speakers. It does not seem to be affected by volume.
Running J&M speakers with Elf mini amp (basically Arc mini), I've had the amp and speakers working with the factory HU for a few years prior to today without this issue.
Anyone have any ideas what this might be or where I should start looking?
I spoke with HW with no luck. I have amp ground to frame and speaker line out ground to fairing support bracket like I always have.
Any input is greatly appreciate
