Default Jackpot!

The ceramic coated 2-1-2 headers for my RK finally arrived! I could not believe how good they looked - almost a shame to put the shields back on. Installation was a breeze and the fit was perfect. The one mistake I made was taking the wife with me on the initial ride - I may have to get the quiet baffles for when she goes on the long rides! I'm running the 4" Jackpot slipons and the sound is awesome. It did quiet down a little over the next couple of days or maybe it was just me getting used to the new sound. Either way, I'm very happy with both the header and slipons. One huge bonus, no more fried thigh from the catalytic converter. Kind of funny - I was out of the country when I placed the order and was also gone again when I got the email that the backordered head pipes were ready to ship. Kudos to Jamie and the entire crew at Fuelmoto. Great service, great support, and a great product.

You never hear anything bad about fuel moto. Did you have to wait 5-6 weeks for the header?

Love my 4" jackpots, but haven't ordered the header yet. Was wondering if you ran your slipons before you received your header? If so, was there a difference in sound after you installed the header?

I did have to wait for the ceramic coated ones, but it was worth it! Yes, I ran the slip-ons while waiting for the head pipe. After installing the head pipe, it did seem to be louder but in a 'good' way. At cruise speed, there is a low burble, but it has a good, strong bark when you get on the gas. Overall, the slipons only were nice but the head pipe and slipons together are awesome.
