it was the already known ECU-connector problem when the seat base plate is softening it begins to press the ECU down and causes the ECU-connector to bend, which leads to bad pin contact in the connector.
At the same time i had ignition malfunctions due to bad manufacturing quality of some MAGNUM STERLING CHROMITE ignition coils. Also the use of a set of Kuryakyn ignition plug covers in chrome were causing electrical short-circuiting
in the ignition coil.
