This has been discussed before but what bars are available for EG models? Something that brings them a little closer to the rider. Not looking for much higher though.
I am in the process of swapping out my stock bars for KhromeWerks 300505 1" +2 Taller Sweeper Bar for 1996-2007 FLHT M.S.L. $63.99 (Requires 3" over clutch cable). I have pics to compare these with the stock bars.

If you don't mind changing your brake line and cables, the Wild 1 WO575s are an outstanding choice:
I want the WO575s Tired them on an '06 SE and fell in love. Unfortunately if you have an '08 with ABS they don't have a brake cable available yet....have my Heated Grips just waiting for the cable [:@]
I'd like to have the WO575s also, but just don't want to go to all the expense and time to change all the cables and brake hose. Just installed a Diamondback front brake line, and have decided to install a set of Chrome bars from an '07 SE Ultra. At least the wires will be hidden, and I can still use the stock lines/cables.
The clutch cable is a PIA to change! [:@]
Be sure and post some pics once you get the new bars and/or grips installed!
Just finished the install of these bars on my 02 Ultra. They are exactly as described in this post and others. Nice flow from behind the fairing, gives the bike a more streamlined profile.A couple of inches pull back puts the bars right where they should be for my 5' 8" self. They are about the same height as stock which is apparent in Soos' pictures above. The extracouple of inches of width and modified angle at the grips is much more comfortable.
No wiring extensions required. I picked up the Idle Cable 56730-03 $ 16.91 Throttle 38650-98 $ 12.78 Clutch 38649-98 $ 22.84 from Zannotti for about$60 shipped. (Note: They say that only the clutch is required, but I found the stock throttle/idle to be a tight fit. For $30 it was worth it) Bars were less than $70 shipped from Khrome Werks.
This was the first major mod to my new (to me) bike and I am a happy camper. [sm=smiley4.gif]
