Slammers are installed. Thanks Luigi. They look great. Will post pics later. Install was easy, easy, easy. Hardest pay was getting the bike in the air on the motorcycle jack and then getting the jack back out from under it now that it is two inches lower.
nice one on getting them fitted and mine are not here yet so sorry about not being able to help and would love to see pics asap as i need to see how good they look
I had the Slammers on my RK for 400 miles and took them off. They seem very well made and the lowered look was great but the ride left alot to be desired. It was rough on the back, especially 2 up. With 2 up even on the highest setting it could bottom. Our 2 up weight is about 350lb. After taking off the slammers I went with 12" HD SG air / oil shocks and I am happy with that set up. Gotta set of near new Burlys if anyone is interested. ☺
