Default Wind deflector screw

Hi all,

I have a pair of Freedom Wings adjustable air deflectors on my 04 Ultra. These are the ones that replace the stationary deflectors on the fairing. Well, one came loose and jumped ship the other day. Does anyone know what size they are? I'm headed to the local hardware store and if I can get the right size, I will replace all 4 screws with either chrome ones or marine grade stainless steel.

If I can't get the size info, then I'll go to the local dealer and just get the standard ones. Thanks in advance.

Ps. I know, I should have gotten the parts book.

If these are the same screws that hold the inner fairing then they are 1/4-20. I want to say they are 3/4 long as well. I hope that helps.

Resurrection...

When installing on a '17 Street Glide, are the screws still 10-24 x .75"? Is there anything else needed to install?

Why not just take one to the hardware store and match it up?

I currently do not have wing deflectors installed. I bought a used set and the screws did not come with them. Since my '17 Street Glide didn't come with them, are there currently bolts where they mount? Are there nuts in the fairing? Starting from scratch, what do I need to install the fairing wind deflectors?

Found the Harley installation instructions for future reference:
https://serviceinfo.harley-davidson....document/61731

Bolt p/n is 2563 - (10-24 x 3/4")

1. Remove the plugs on the underside of the fairing where the deflectors will mount.
2. Line up the deflector to the underside of the fairing.
3. Insert bolt and tighten to 25-30 in-lbs.
