I recently upgraded to a Mustang Regal seat, and it is wonderful, and as expected, it set me back about an inch and a half... but it also raised me an inch or so, and now my stock bars are too low...
I was reading up, and noticing that everyone is wiring internally... it has me puzzled... is this for visual/aesthetic reasons? I don't mind my cables outside the bar, and don't have any intention of wiring them internally...
That said, I have been interested in the Klock Werks Back bars.. but again, not interested in internally wiring, so are any new cables necessary??
(Kind of ticks me off I have to buy a new set of Kury grips, but so be it...)

I think you can go up to a 10" ape bar with factory wiring.. many on this forum have done so. Internal wiring gives the handle bars a "clean" look but its your bike my friend... Make it your own...different from any other bike

Ok, good to know there isn't a technical reason people are internally wiring...
I guess I'm getting some new cables too, since the KW Back bars are 12"...
Cant tell what your riding from my phone but that kit seems a bit high for just a clutch and brakeline cable extension...you may be better off buying them separarely....what are you riding if you dont mind saying?

I just installed the Khrome werks 2+2 sweepers on my 2006 Street Glide. I had to go with a +4 clutch cable and +4 front brake line. I installed mine and left the wires external. I have read some members that did not have to extend their brake line. I guess each bike is different.

I ordered the ones from my link above. They're for 12-14"-ers... they should work if the stockers don't. The KW site says they do fit with the stock cables, we'll see.
