I know this has been said thousands of times, but I needed to add one more. The guys at Fuel Moto are exceptional. I ordered a Powervision with a tune for my Limited ( Stage 1, Power Duals and Monster Ovals) and the product arrived quickly and was a breeze to flash. There was a snafu with shipping, but the crew there chased me down and made sure I was aware and helped me get the unit in time for the weekend install. After install, I found a few DTC 's thrown and called Monday am. Jamie came on the phone , listened to my concerns and the codes and was immediately able to describe what happened and allay my concerns. Granted, it's not a Fortune 500 company, but when you get that kind of service from all levels of the company - that's pretty cool and very unusual these days. Really happy customer. My set up was basic, I realize, but its the service that really impressed me. Thought another shout out was in order. Thanks

 

yep they are fantastic thats why they get so many recommendations.. i for one wont use another tuner

 

I must echo the sentiments. A couple weeks ago, I had a problem with switching my Powervision over to a new scoot and Jamie tried everything to get it to lock to the new bike and when he couldn't figure out what was happening, he put a call into Dynojet and had them call me and walk me through it. Customer service is so lacking nowadays. It's wonderful to be able to call on them and get support after the sale. Kudos to Fuel Moto!
