As some of you may know I had a stage two installed in my bike and I just couldn’t get the dang thing to run off idol so I asked for some help on here and another site. Jamie chimed in on one of the threads and told me to call him bright and early Monday morning. When I talked to him he said they had done some more finalized tuning with my setup and he would send me the map pronto. What a great person and company. I have purchased many items from them and they will get all of my business from now on. All companies need to take some lessons on customer service from Fuel Moto. There may be some companies who have as good as customer service as Fuel Moto but I will guarantee there is none that has better.
A big thank you to Jamie and Fuel Moto
Nice to know this about Fuel Moto. One of my bikes is a 2001 RKC with the dreaded MM fuel injection. There's some popping that the dealer didn't get rid of with a "download" that was supposed to address it. Said dealer really has no solution for me when I asked what else could be done.
I emailed Fuel Moto and got a quick reply from Brian. He advised me on what would work with my situation and to feel free to call and talk to their techs with further details.
I haven't done it yet as I have another bike to ride and it's not really riding season here yet. But I'm leaning heavily toward buying the hardware & tuning solutions from FM later in the spring.
