The "issue addressed" would depend on what your updating from and to.
We do know this: None of the software updates will make the unit louder. Output volume is hardware based, not software related.
I know you guys are "the bomb" when it comes to HK, but I'm telling you, the damn thing is MUCH louder after the update.
What does the software update then?
