Definitely, lots of good synthetics out there. Mobil 1, Redline, Amsoil to name a few.

I run Amsoil works well cost more to run, runs cooler, shifts better, more mileage between oil changes.

I think most people will recommend doing that. Myself included.

go ahead and switch to a good synthetic if you buy onsale price is not bad when you consider longer change intervals.

i use :
Mobile-1 20w50 V-twin in the crankcase.
Mobile-1 T10w40 V-twin for wet clutchs in the primary.
Nobile-1 75w140 gearlube in the tranny.

do a search there are hundreds of posts on oil very intertaining

Well , you asked....
I personally like
Royal Purple 20w50 for the engine.
Redline Heavy Shockproof in the trans.
Harley primary oil in the primary.
I have tried a few different combinations , and these seem to run the quietest in my bike.
I used to be an Amsoil enthusiast , but the engine seemed a bit more ticky and more clatter with Amsoil.
I may try Redline 20w50 next in the engine , but the Royal Purple is the quietest so far.
They're all good , just personal preference.
Mick
