Yes it was a great day in the Chatsworth area. I've been right there many times where you took your picture. I work in Chatsworth and putt up the mountain every chance I get. It's a nice easy little ride that I really enjoy. Gotta watch out more and more for the racers tho.Stafford
Looks like a great place to ride, how could you not enjoy the ride!!!! Stuck here in Tx. with the ice and cold weather.Wanted to ride so bad over the weekend, but got stuck doing the honey dolist
It's clouding up here Mrhappy and supposed to rain for a day or two. right now it's 67 degrees and overcast, kinda dreary looking out there. Gonna get quite a bit colder and stay that way for a while. It's about time , we've had an awful mild winter so far. Don't let anybody kid ya it can get pretty cold right here in the sunny south. about 80 or so it was -16 on my front porch. that doesn't happen very often but it's not uncommon for the temps to drop into the teens.
I too enjoy riding Fort Mountian. I usually make that run about once a mouth, this past Saturday we went to Summerville and ate at Armstrong's BBQ then over to Dalton the HD dealer then back home. It was beautiful out. If you haven't been to Armstrongs you are missing out. $2 BBQ sandwich about as good as it gets in downtown Summerville. I like that view going down into Summerville from Rome on 27, but you have to watch for the hwy patrol especially in the spring they hide in the tall grass and just write tickets all day on 27.
