1995 Ultra issues??
Hello everyone!, a newbie to the forum here, (but not to riding Harley's, bought my 1st one new in 80, have been ridin my 85 FLT since 88. Looking at a 95 Ultra (several states away), gettin cold feet about buying it, looks really good with only 28,000 miles. I don't really know when the issues began with the cam brgs, chain tensioner issues, etc. I fired off an email to the stealer regarding any records, havn't back yet. My 85 has always been so dependable, I just don't wan't to get a bum year. Its got fuel rejection which I guess is the first year, did read here that its underpowered, & should be replaced to ?. My old 85 has an Andrews Cam, S&S carb, ignition changed etc. I'm thinking this 95 will be slower than mine? am I right?. Anyway thanks for the opinions, I know this is a lot of questions at once. (Im changing cause I want a newer one, & this one is the perfect color). Just not into tearing mine all down for a complete color change, etc.

It's still an evo, just has the MM injection, which can cause a few idle issues. I have an 01 Twin Cam with the same injection system with no problems so far. I think the 95 will be a good rideable bike as you have found out on your Evo.
