I just didn't know if they built it to be stronger than normal, I have a size 15 boot so it'll be a challenge to fit next to it.

I get to ride both. And love the ride of each. My first trip out on a big tourer took me a minute to get used to all that weight. But you'll get it! Congratulations!

You will love it. Swap to a Heritage Classic handlebar and you will love it even more. It's an easy install even if you have any mechanical skill at all. 95" kit will have you doing Cheetah flips.

Timing Chain tensioners are the only "issue" I know about. Harley makes a kit to get rid of them if you want.

I switch the bars on my sporty so I should be able to handle it. I'll look into the timing chain. Picking her up in the am so I'll have pictures up whenever I get home, I figure since I'm gettin her at 8am, I should be home around midnight... Ha. Thanks for all the advice guys.

'02 RK last summer, kept the Sporty and ride either one depending on where, when, and who is going with. sporty feels like light weight after the RK.

So I picked it up Thursday morning and other than goin to work I haven't been able to keep off of it! Runs an rides like a dream! I haven't had any problems handling it, It's one Hell of a bike! Only thing I wanna add to it is some handle bar speakers. Does anyone know of any decent ones that aren't 400?

But does anyone know how the airshocks on the rear work? Which side do I pump up and what psi should it be at, currently they're completely down and I was told not to let anyone ride that way.. is that true?

Right side behind the saddlebag. Do not pump up with a compressor! Or even a standard tire pump. You can blow them out. Buy the HD pump designed for that purpose. I don't think you will hurt anything to ride it. But it will be a much better ride with some air I'm them.
