Default Garmin Ique m4 GPS update

Got a new toy for my RK...it's a PDA/ MP3/ pocket pc/GPS...I'm sure some of you have it...anyway, I couldnt find a ram mount made specifically for it so I got the one for the Ique 3600, and it fits fine. Best of all it plays mp3's even while the gps is on. Voice prompts also through my radio fairing speakers. I was expecting it to freeze due to a lot of vibrations from the handlebar (at start up) and the cold weather (39F). but it functioned fine and I was able to use the touch screen with no probs. My question is does anyone have the same set up and How do you like it? I know it's not waterproof (unlike my Garmin V) but I like the idea that it's easy take off and put in your pocket. I did looked into the tomtom zumo, & the nuvi was my next choice but I like this one better, kinda like a multi function gizmo that I actually use every day...and yes even at work...lol.

Just an update , rode apprx 60 miles, 35*deg outside, freakin cold...but the Ique M4 GPS functioned flawlessly, even with the Vibes from the engine, and the Touch screen feature is a BIG plus! Just FYI for you guys.

I have the 3600 and have used it on several trips. it works fine. it does not have the "easy" touch screen, i have to use the pointer. NOt easy to do when you are riding. But, it has survived a lot of miles. i also used it for business travel in my car. Battery doesn't last long if it's not plug in to power.

just a thought for you all, i bought some extra connectors for my battery tender so i can hook up any of my accessories to the same 12v power supply. i put one on my intercom power wire. kind of annoying, all those wires though.

I installed a 12 volt Acc port on the left side of the handlebar (see pic), and use that for the Garmin cig plug adaptor( connected to ACC switch) so no prob running out of battery power.
