I've got a question for any of you that have bought from Reckless. How long did it take? Their website says 7-10 days & I realize it's riding season but it's been a month & am anxiously awaiting it. I called on Monday & was told it might ship this week but no guarantees. As I expected, it didn't ship & they aren't answering emails so I'm beginning to think wtf?
Not really sure what to think. A little frustrated with the lack of communication from Reckless.
I bought one 2 years ago, had the same thing happen to me. Turns out it was during Daytona bike week. The fairing arrived about a week after bike week.
I am in the same boat right now with the OP. I ordered my Reckless w/stereo and paint on July 20th. I read somewhere that it would take approx 4 weeks. Last week (after 2 1/2 weeks) I too was getting anxious and I emailed them and included my invoice number. I told them I know they are busy because their site even says under Events that they were at Laconia and going to Sturgis. A few days later James emailed me back and said it will ship the week of Aug 20th. I have waited this long for a fairing as I have had my King over four years. A week or two longer will not kill me.
Thanks for the replies guys. I didn't really consider the Sturgis Rally. It's not the end of the world, it just seems like it. I know I'm really gonna enjoy it when it arrives. Thanks!

klaybus, did you ever get your fairing? I am still waiting on mine that was ordered July 20th. I was thinking it may ship this week. Also, if you got yours by now, did it come UPS or FedEx?
