Anyone running Fullsac sportpipe? A new modified headpipe that replaces the oem headpipe. Kinda looking for feedback, suppose to eliminate O2 crosstalk.
I'd rather have a true x-pipe. Fullsak makes one, but I'd get one that's coated in and out with ceramic to control heat. I believe you'll get less gas diverted to the left muffler with the sport pipe. Wouldn't be much better flow than the original header (other than lack of cat) IMHO.
From what I understand, the Sportpipe is actually an OEM headpipe that has been gutted of the cat and a new "walls" put in to seperate the 02 sensors to eliminate any cross talk.
This is a close to a "wag" on my part, I'm sure someone with more knowledge will chime in. Or you could email Steve at Fullsac. The pics on the website give you an idea. I was considering the SportPipe but think I'll go with the X pipe when the time comes
I went with the X-pipe as well. But the stock pipe has an open chamber right after the O2 sensors and before the CAT. So if there was cross talk the stock pipe would have it as well.
