I have a 2010 electra glide. My problem is that the 1,2,3 soft keys on the radio are not working. Is there something I did to cause this? Do I need to see the dealer?

If under warranty...see dealer. If not...buy an aftermarket head unit.

My keys don't work for the first few seconds after startup on mine but I am no longer under warranty and the stock head units are not so good, imo.

 

Oh yea, it's under warranty.

 

Remember you won't get new one, your going to get a refurbished one *as a replacment.
