Ever since I had my front tire changed from a Michelin Commander to a new Metzler 880 Marathon I have noticed a hum or a howl from the lower front of the bike, almost sounds like wind moving through a small space. It sounds more pronounced when I corner and when the tires are colder although I have heard it when they are heated. I hear it at any speed but notice it more around 25-30mph. The problem is that the sound is not always present so of course when the dealer took it for a test ride they did not hear it.
The tire was replaced by a local Indy and they were balanced.
I have also noticed my front rotors, especially the right side has two score marks on them but they were there before the tire and the hum. I'm just grasping at straws at this point. Has anyone experienced this on their rides or have any ideas. The SG is a '06 with 33,500K.
