ACR Installation and programming
Looking for a little info. I'm going to be installing the SE 103 Stage 4 kit on my 2009 FLHR. I will be putting in the ACR's and harness. My question is;
Does the dealer have to enable the ACR feature with the Digital Tech or
can the ACR feature be enabled with the SEPST? Thanks for any help.

Maybee I should clarify that I will be doing all the work. Just wondering if I will be able to make the ACR's operate with the SEPST and avoid the dealer?

i added them to my new mva heads on my 209 ultra you can enable them with your race tuner has a box enable or disable acr you also have to move 4 wires around your fusebox that is a real pain in the aaaaaaaas also have to add one wire to emc plug think its pin 19 they actually are wired in series with your fuel pump power and are triggered by wire in emc plug when you push start button if you have stock heads unless they already have a pre dilled and tapped hole for them in top of head under rocker box you will have to find some that has the 2000 dollar jig to drill and tap head cheaper acr manual push drills beside spark plug
Read post again stage 4 heads will have spot drilled for acr the opening where the acr comes out is actually under head gasket you will have to grind a bit of side of acr hole to combustion area out you will see pictures on internet of you who milled nice pocket around this area
My advise for 29.95 a lifter change all four lifters i had left mine in after running 20000
miles on stock then put in 255 one year later my lifters are making noise i pulled them out one was pitted and 2 more has flat spot from roller not turning.i put in andrews 32 and new lifters last week thank god my lifter bores didnt oval out
On new lifters oil hole is in line with flat for anti-rotation pin not 90 degrees to side oil hole now can be lined right up with oil hole in lifter well also what about inner cam bearings new style has twice the rollers u will need blind hole puller and i made tool to press them back in to exact same depth as original ones some guys hammer them in i dont recommend it hard on bearing race and lip in bottom of hole cam be broken off and fall into crank case

That's some good advise BP. I'll check the situation with acr hole interferance. I'm going to have to get a few tools. I used to repair
novelty toy dispensing machines and shopping carts but they were mostly metric.
Might need 1/2 and 9/16 wrenches.

I bought some used 2011 103 heads with the ACR that I plan to have ported once they arrive. I recieved the harness yesterday and plan on installing that this weekend.
What I'm wondering is if I can use someone elses Power vision or race tuner to activate my ACR's or would I have to go to the dealer? Using a PCV W/AT now and I'm sure I don't have the option?

race tuners marry to the bike as soon as you start to use it. you cant use some one elses racetuner. not sure about the power vision marrying to a bike. good engine builder can rework the heads and I was told by a builder that the stock heads once reworked have beetter flow and velocity than se ones
