just had a 107 kit put on got 575 mackey cams an 10.5to1 ,v&h power dualls with monster ovalls road it yesterday about 40miles pulled it on dyno thismorning an #s was 92hp 102 tq had to ck fuel mangement. will these #s get any better when it gets a few miles on it. because see others on here with lot bigger #s than that.
The torque looks low for a 107. Where did you get the kit? I have a 2009 SG with the stock 96 ci engine with these mods and pull 90 HP and 101TQ: Woods TW 6-6 cams, SE roller tappets, SE adjustable pushrods, SE Stage 1 intake, Kuryakyn Scarab Air Cleaner Cover, SE SP Touring mufflers, SEST, and a dyno run.
i had the cly bored out they are harleys. i was hoping it would gt better as it gets broke in . the fuel was 13.5 afr . they sit on the cycle as they dyno it dont no if that does anything.
Sounds like a crappy tune. For the life of me, I don't understand why anyone would not use Fuel Moto. They have done well over a hundred of these 107 builds, ALL producing impressive numbers at a very fair price.
You are going to drop a few points with your selection of header and exhaust. Post the dyno chart.

I had Star do there 107 setup to my jugs. Im using SE 110 heads with the huge combustion chamber and way too big of an intake valve. I put in the Dave Mackie 598 cams with D@D fat cat pipe. My bike was tuned by an ex Star tuner and it makes 127hp and 115 torque. It passes 100 ft lbs just below 2000 rpm's and drinks cheap 87 octane with NO pinging. I hope to mill the heads and use thinner MLS gaskets this winter and maybe slide in some big Woods cams.

Probably because all of us can't go to Wisconsin would be my guess?
It's not like just a day trip for most of us, including yourself if you live in Houston.
Factor the trip into the cost for the 107 too if you go to F/M.
