Wrong. Like the others above had said, that is not the mounting hardware. It is only the caliper hardware - ie the bolts that hold the two caliper halves together and the pins for the pads.

The long (upper)and short (lower)bolt that mount the caliper to the fork sliders are missing.
Looking at the kit, in the illistrationI see that now.
I would of thiught the three "bridge bolts" that join the caliper halves would have came with the caliper. But nowI see the three bolts are the same length in the illistration, so those would be the bridge bolts.(Duh)
