Bottom line is that it needs a fuel management system (TTS, PV, PC-V, SERT, etc) and a *good* dyno tune, and you'll be good to go.

 

I seen this thread a few weeks ago. My bike had started pinging at about 5500 miles. I ended up buying the SEPRT and doing a full stage 1. Sucks that you have to partially void your warranty, and spend a bunch of cash to fix something that you didn't cause. At least it has corrected the problem so far.

 

Recently read a newspaper article where the EPA is pushing E15 ethanol gas and some stations in the Midwest are secretly testing/using it. May want to change gas stations.
