Default Big Bore Kit

This has probably been beat to death before and if it has I apologize.

I have a 2011 SG w/ a 96" motor. I have the typical exhaust, high flow, SE tuner, dyno tuned, etc.

I am looking to turn it up a notch! Lol.. What is the biggest you think I can go with it being reliable? I still want to be able to actually still go on trips!

I have been looking into some of the T Man Performance kits. Who do you guys recommend?

Do you have your dyno sheet? I'm wanting to be in the 120-130's hp & tq. T Man offers a kit with new jugs but I am worried about my cases.

No I havent gone to the dyno yet. The kit is well put together and the people at Fuel Moto are top notch. They answered every question that I had. I should have done this kit along time ago.

I only know so much but with that kind of power im thinking you are going to want some crank work and a timken lefty bearing. JMHO. Just out of curiousity if your already that deep how much would a stout crank cost since the cases will be split anyways? and make it a 117 or whatever size you want.

Ive bought stuff from Jamie before for my Night Train that i just sold great people to deal with. Those are some pretty stout numbers you are looking for. I would call Call or email Jamie and tell hi you want 120/120

I also have bought stuff from Scott at Hillside and spent about 20 min on the phone with him yesterday. He took a break from milling some heads to give me the time of day. Great guy throw out some ideas to him, even a curve ball and he will get you where you want to be no problem.

I would think you going to need something beyond the stage II or B headwork and a bigger bump in compression than the normal 107 kits. Call around or pm some builders on the site. Id love to see a hillside build with stage IV headwork and something like a 9f or 9b cam with proper comp. Think i would haul the mail and then some.
