I've installed over 1500. it is a piece of cake. It should take you about 20 minutes, 30 minutes tops. There are only 5 wires and it comes with detailed instructions, connectors, color codes, and a direct number for help.
Danny, obviously you've never seen one up close. These days with people in such a hurry, talking on cell phones or texting, they're not looking out for motorcycles. I designed the Strobinator to catch the eyes of drivers that are not looking at you and make them look at you. The factory lights don't even come close to the brightness of the Strobinator Brake, The Strobinator Brake Light gets brighter and brighter as you back away from it where all the other lights get dimmer as you get farther away from them. It can be seen up to 1/2 mile away in bright sunlight. I have sold a bunch to people who have been rear ended and lived to tell about it. This is not a novelty. It is designed to save your life and keep you from being rear ended. If you don't want one, that's your choice but please don't discourage any one when you don't know anything about it.

You wont say that after somebody turns in front of you or rear ends you. Then you'll wish you had one.
Riding today is different than it was 30 years ago. People are in a hurry. Their not looking out for motorcycles. Their busy texting or talking on their cell phones.
You may be an old hippie but the world has changed and not for the better,
I have no personal experience with these, but anything to get the attention of people who are distracted is a good thing in my eyes. Sounds like an easy install.
Saw a bike on the road yesterday that the passing lamps (ONLY the passing lamps) were strobing like crazy. Didn't really care for it, but it sure got my attention.
