Default Messed up need help

Fellas wuz installing CD equalizer crosses up the pos and neg on the batt had the main fuse out ... I heard what sounded like a fuse blowing like pop and the bike had no power at the switch!!! Is there any other fuses I can check???

Pull them all until you find the one (or more) that are blown.

Use a volt/ohm meter to check all the fuses. Some might be bad, but still look ok

Checked all the fuses all looked gud!!! I'm starting to worry!!!!

What was the problem? The 50-amp maxi-fuse?

Similar deal installing a remote starter in my mom's car years ago. My "former" BIL (let's call him dip sh@t) tried to "guess" at one of the wire splices and before we could stop him it was sizzle...sizzle...pop...pop...pop. I think he blew almost every fuse imaginable & we're still fixing electrical glitches. Playing with electrical, if you don't know what you're doing, is a huge gamble...glad you fixed your problem.
