Default Stage 1 help needed

2000 road king classic efi
Converted my efi to carb. It had stage 1 on it but for Fuel Injected.
Bought arlen ness big sucker for carb
It fits the carb but does not line up with the breather holes.
What am I doing wrong. Do I need to loosen the intake and carb and try to get it lined up or maybe I have the wrong part.
I bought part 263188 or 18-505 Arlen ness big sucker kit.
I wanted to use my stock air cover
