I know it,s been asked before, I,m still looking for a good quality interior light for the tourpack and bags. I dont mind a battery operated one and I would like to find one smaller than a 747. Thanks
I sprung for the Led kit that MoCo offers. I have the shebang on the 96 EGC and just the TP light on her trike. They do work well. We are out after dark and with out the daylight vanity table, the Leds let her get gussied up real fine.
Thanks for the info, a friend of mine has a set 05 ultra, from new and he has had a lot of trouble with the switches, break, sticking. etc. or are they a different breed. His are not led, Thanks again.
yup i got the HD LED lights myself. Love them for these early eveningnights, so to speak. bright enough to work well, and they seem to hold up alright. Come in handy when you drop something in the saddle bag that is pitch black inside. They aren't cheap...
Also went with the HD led in the tourpak. Very bright light. I like the fact that it shuts itself off if you should happen to accidently leave it on. Easy install. Looks great.
I really cheaped out for a light on my 05 Ultra. I purchased one of those head band flash lights. Battery operated, white and red LED. Swivels and is bright enough to see in the pak at night. It was very inexpensive (less than 10 or 15 bucks. I cut the straps off, and velcrowed it to the inside of the tour pack. Works great.
