Default Throttle Up Issues

OK, first off I want to say that Fuel Moto is awesome. Super support and quick shipping on the stuff I ordered.

Here is my problem (not with FM):

Last week I ordered and installed a Powervision tuner from FM. It came pre-programmed with the tune for my current (at the time) configuration. I have a 2013 SG with V&H slip-ons and naked AC. Bike ran like a charm. Ran Autotune and made it even better.

I, like many on this site it seems, was not satisfied by simply doing this upgrade and dug a little deeper. I decided to purchase and install Woods TW-555 cams, adjustable push-rods and directional lifters. The install went seemingly well and I didn't run into any snags. Did the upgrade over a couple of nights this last week. I feel like I did a good job with the adjustable push rods even though I feel like this is a variable in that being at "no lash" can be a matter of half a turn either way. Just my opinion. Got a new tune from FM to include my newly installed cams and flashed the computer.

Here is my problem. After doing all of this the bike doesn't run well. Idle seems to be good and it runs well at speed (3000 rpm and higher). No noise that seems alarming, even though I feel like I hear a little in the rocker boxes that wasn't there before. But the bike tries to stall coming out of idle. When I start to give throttle from a stop or while it is sitting (warm or cold) it acts like its going to stall. I have to baby it a bit. Also, I hear what sounds like something laying against the motor (or a motor on frame sound) creating a vibration between 2300-2800 rpm or so. I've read in a couple of posts where this might be normal but it is definitely aggravating. That sound could be coming from the throttle body but I'm not sure. The bike doesn't seem to have the pep that everyone else if raving about either. Just looking for some possible help here in finding a direction to go. I thought re-doing the adjustments on the the pushrods to make sure they were ok but I need to find out how to do them on pushrods that have already been installed on a bike. Thanks in advance for any help.
