I am posting this in hopes that it will help others as I could find nothing on my issue. I have a 2012 Ultra Limited and was experiencing a problem that occurred when I had the CB unit on while listening to other audio sources (Radio, Aux). The audio would intermittently cut out and I noticed the CB indicator on the LCD display would bold as if I was transmitting. When I would ride with others, when this occurred, they said it seemed as if I was broadcasting (they would ask what I just said).

The initial response from the dealer was to turn off the CB, after I let him know that wasn't a realistic solution, he contacted the MOCO. After speaking with them, the tech found there was a loose connection on the back of the unit (not sure how that happened). I have not had an issue since so that must have been it.
