CB issue
My new FLTRU's CB is not working. Get the "COM not installed, see dealer" displayed. They know about it and looked at it Saturday. I had pulled the fairing to make sure it was plugged in etc. It is. They thought they fixed it though. Pulled all power to the HK head unit and then re-applied power. CB started working. Until I turned it off. I can again get it to work by pulling fuses to the radio. Tech seemed to think the memory in the HK unit is bad, but is calling tech today to get some direction. I would hope they replace it, but worry they will want to pull it for repair. Friggin' brand new bike. Has anyone else experienced the same Com/CB problems and if so, what did it turn out to be?

I have the same problem cant turn the CB on it said comm not found, I checked to see if the modual is there and it is. Dealer hook the computer to the bike and said the programming looks fine?? If you found you problem let me know. I have a 08 ultra.

I sure like my earlier Radio Sound on my 02 Ultra as I do not hear near the problems with them as the newer HK! 85,000 on my bike and so far never had a problem with the radio, CB or intercom.
