I had a similar issue once on mine, turned out the CB was on and was cutting off the radio, not sure if you have a CB or not, just a thought. Mine was not every 30 seconds, more just occasional cut out.

2015 Ultra does not come with a CB as standard. You have to add the CB if you want one. I think the last year the CB was standard equipment on the Ultra was 2013.

GOV5 - I have a 2014 Ultra Limited - CB was standard in the Ultra Limited.
Somehow I believed it was standard in the "Ultra" until they went to the 107. It seems so long ago - but I think the 107 rolled out i 2017. So, the Ultra would have had a CB stranded up until the 2016 model.
I did a quick online search and while I couldn't find the specks for the 2015, all of the pictures I saw had dual antennas. So, if the CB was on the 2016 Ultra Limited, I feel pretty confident it was on the 2015 Ultra Limited.
Hopefully someone can come on and share more info.

Yes - and the original OP said he has an Ultra Limited. His last post said he does not have a CB. All of the 2015 Ultra Limited I see on the site seem to have CBs.
Coppernic - since you are not sure, let me ask you this. How many antenna do you have on your bike. This might give us some idea if you have one.

Let me assure you that the a 2015 Ultra Limited included a CB as standard equipment and 2 whip antennas. I own a pretty stock 2015 Ultra Limited so...I should know. The 2015 Ultra Classic did NOT come standard with a CB and only had 1 antenna (and no luggage rack on the trunk).
