Does anyone know who makes this front fender? What it might be called? Where to get one? Part number?

Anything about it?

Looks like a klock werks hugger series called the wrapper. Try custom baggers .I bought my klock werks fender through denis Kirk

I don't know about the fender but it looks like Ferrari made the tank.
