You're right - I misspoke. It's not a solo seat, but a standard rider/pillion, rather than the larger passenger-with-armrests seat the that the Ultra models come with.

Heated grips and CB and intercom, is on the top of the line model.

....... the gauges are different on the LTD, as well as it's having the heated grips.

Use the website to see the cosmetic differences or go to a dealer & put them side-by-side. Bag guards & guages will be the difference.

The electra glide classic & the Ultra classic do not come with abs/security. The ultra limited & Road Glide ultra abs/security is standard.

In addition to ShortBus's listing, the FLHTK & FLHTCU also come with luggage bags for the hard bags and tour pak and the Harley "multi-tool"

Not sure if the RoadGlide Ultra does.
