anyway to tighten them up on 2012 streetglide? seems they move around alittle to much.

No not really. With the old external bolted type mirrors you could (pre 2000 I think) The only 2 solutions is to get them how you want them angled, take them off and spooge in some superglue or red locktite in the ball and socket area and then remount when dry. Good luck and I hope this helps!
