it is pretty straight forward depending on a few factors.
are you wiring them inside the bars?
are they similar in size so you can use your existing cables or do you need to replace the cables too ?
there are lots of good videos on you tube for Installing bars.
I am looking at br custom bars, thy have a great site for info especially how to wire them.
your ability to do the job will depend on your mechanical inclination.
if your patient, you read everything you can, ask questions to the company who makes them and get a manual you can do it.
if you need to replace cables and or you are going with I sternal wiring then its a little more involved but still not rocket science.

I bought all the wires and cables and bushings with it... I haVen't wrenched a bike since my old 77 iron head. I'm sure I can do it but i have so little time. . I think ill just have it done for me so I can ride faster. . Lol
Carlini gangsters are very nice. The 1.5" bars really make a nice statement. Plus they are wider whic is very nice. I am no wrench but did them myself. Get info from here, buy a manual, and take your time. It's really very easy and I even had ABS and had to replace the brake lines.
