Default Power Commander Question

The prior owner of my 05 Road King installed a Power Commander. The Power Commander flaked out so I replaced it. The PC I have now has a map that has two Fuel Tables and two Ignition Tables. Is that normal? The map on the prior PC that I had only had one Fuel Table and one Ignition Table. The bike seems to run better with the map that has two Fuel and two Ignition Tables. Is there a table for each cylinder?

Sorry, I didn't mention that this is a PC III. I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not.
